End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and AS ENTERPRISES GROUP LLC for the use of TweakMods ("the Software"). By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

AS ENTERPRISES GROUP LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license is granted to you as an individual and may not be shared, transferred, or sublicensed to any other person or entity.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
  • Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Share your license key or account credentials with others
  • Use the Software on more than one computer simultaneously without additional licenses

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. AS ENTERPRISES GROUP LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of AS ENTERPRISES GROUP LLC.

5. Updates and Modifications

AS ENTERPRISES GROUP LLC may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software at its discretion. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed. By using the Software, you consent to these automatic updates. Updates are subject to this EULA unless accompanied by a separate license agreement.

6. System Modifications

The Software makes modifications to your computer system to optimize performance. By using the Software, you acknowledge and accept that these modifications may affect system settings, registry entries, and other system configurations. You are responsible for backing up your system before using the Software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. AS ENTERPRISES GROUP LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ITS OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AS ENTERPRISES GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF AS ENTERPRISES GROUP LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession. AS ENTERPRISES GROUP LLC may also terminate this EULA at any time for any reason.

10. Data Collection

The Software may collect certain technical information about your system for the purpose of improving performance and providing support. This data collection is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to this data collection.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this EULA shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Florida.

12. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and AS ENTERPRISES GROUP LLC regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
