By accessing or using TweakMods ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Software. These terms apply to all users of the Software.

3. License Grant
Upon purchase, AS ENTERPRISES GROUP LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software for personal use only. This license does not allow you to resell, redistribute, or share the Software with others.
4. Payment and Billing
Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe and/or Shopify. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the stated amount. All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

6. User Responsibilities

AS ENTERPRISES GROUP LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AS ENTERPRISES GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
