Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

AS ENTERPRISES GROUP LLC offers refunds for TweakMods under specific circumstances. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 14 days of your purchase date. Refund requests made after this period will not be honored except in cases of technical issues that we cannot resolve.

2. Valid Reasons for Refund

Refunds may be granted for the following reasons:

• The Software does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue
• You received a duplicate charge for the same purchase
• Technical issues prevent you from using the Software and we cannot provide a solution
• You did not receive access to the Software after purchase

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:

• You changed your mind after purchasing
• You did not read the product description before purchasing
• You purchased the wrong product by mistake (please verify before purchasing)
• You do not have sufficient technical knowledge to use the Software
• Your system does not meet the minimum requirements (if specified)
• You violated our Terms of Service or EULA

4. How to Request a Refund

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This may occur if you have used a portion of the Software's features or if the issue affects only part of the Software's functionality.

7. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of the transaction. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of your account and legal action.

8. License Termination

Upon receiving a refund, your license to use TweakMods will be immediately terminated. You must cease all use of the Software and delete any copies in your possession.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
